General Questions

Each of our systems come with a genuine copy of Windows 10. Any updates available at the time will be installed before shipment.

Absolutely! Simply contact us via the form on our contact page.

We offer a free year of support with all of our systems for the first year. Extended support is available at an additional cost.

We currently accept PayPal for payment. PayPal provides our clients with buyer protection, along with various forms of payment methods.


Shipping

We currently do not charge an additional fee for shipping. All standard shipping rates are included with the price of our systems.

We ship to the 48 contigious states. We currently do not ship to HI, AK or internationally.

We ship via UPS 3 day ground. Shipping generally takes 3 business days with the exception of any delays due to weather etc.
